In einer Stadt kann jeder pfeifen, mit einer Ausnahme: der kleine Vogel Ohnepfiff. Er gibt sich große Mühe, die anderen meinen jedoch, es habe keinen Zweck ihn weiterhin zu unterrichten. Ohnepfiff möchte aber unbedingt an der Musik und den Feierlichkeiten in der Stadt teilhaben. Schließlich erkennt er, dass er sehr wohl das Zeug dazu hat.
In a vibrant town, all the people and animals can whistle, with one exception: the small bird called Whistleless. He is trying hard, but he is hopeless to the point that all others give up teaching him. All Whistleless wants, is to take part in the music and festivities of the town. Finally, he realises that he has what it takes.
