This personal documentary shows that the physical distance between mother and daughter makes it difficult to express their expectations about the future. Elzbieta took care of her mother until she passed away. The filmmaker and only daughter of Elzbieta, who has been living in the Netherlands for 10 years, returns to her home country of Poland to help clear away grandmother’s home. Apparently the demand for care has shifted to the next generation.
